In our meetings and webinars, we share our struggles with grief after a suicide death. We can help each other by listening, without judging, and by sharing our own grief experiences. Our meetings are peer support, not therapy sessions.
Also, we do not share the specific details of how our loved one died, as this has the potential to traumatize other group members. If you need to talk about this, please call our office and talk with us one-on-one.
Our virtual and in-person meetings are 90 minutes.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24/7 in the United States.
